Elite's Open Training Membership is our cost-effect semi-private personal training option. Open training consists of trainer supervised personal workouts programmed in our comprehensive custom Elite MT Athletics App, Open Training is by appointment only during Open Training hours Open Training allows for multiple clients to complete supervised personal workouts, multiple times per week.
The Elite Hybrid Training membership includes one-on-one personal training weekly sessions with your selected trainer, in addition to Open Training supervised semi-private personal workouts by appointment in our Open Training hours. Hybrid training memberships are a budget friendly option for personal training, allowing you to receive the personal attention you may need to achieve success.
Personal Training Memberships allow individuals to attend one-on-one workouts with their selected trainer. Workouts are by appointment only, and include warm-up, individual programming and workout, and cool-down. Each session is approximately 55 minutes.
